Before I Die...

As I was browsing my Stumble collections since today is supposedly Stumble Tuesday, my attention was caught with this entry from Candy Chang of http://candychang.com. Somehow, it stirs up my curiosity that I was compelled to fill in the blank: BEFORE I DIE I WANT TO ___________...
Well, as for me, there's a lot of things that i want to do before I die...
BEFORE I DIE I WANT TO

  1. Have a family of my own;
  2. Raise my kids with the loving help of my hubby;
  3. make a difference;
  4. pursue my dreams;
  5. live my life to the fullest in accordance to His Sovereign Will!

Racing Against Time

Time indeed is so precious that every tick of the clock should be maximized as much as possible. Experience taught me to value time especially now that the time is approaching and yet there are still lots of things to do. I am kinda stress right now that it is very evident on my face with breakouts and dark eye circles (sigh).

We are now racing against time, literally. With lots of pending task to do prior to the Big Day, getting pressured and being stressed are inevitable. I even came to the point of freaking out. Plus other concerns aside from the preparations, all these things are slowly consuming me. I wonder how would it feel the day after the Big Day. Well, I should be happier then with nothing else to worry about. All these shall come to pass. I should think positively or else... As for now, I should learn how to combat stress.

Anyway, if you happen to read this, please include me, I mean us, in your prayers.
Thanks ☺

Happy Birthday Nanay Alice!

An epitome of grace and beauty... She might grows another year older but her faithfulness in God never withers nor falter. That's Nanay Alice.

I've known her as a woman who has the passion to serve God and others. A loving mother to all and a doting grandmother too. I never regretted the day I first joined the Lighthouse Iponan exactly one year ago. The feeling of being at home and being taken cared of are just some of the things that you can feel when you have Nanay's presence at home.

To you Nanay, we love you and we are praying the best for you!
Continue to live a purpose-driven life.

God bless.

It's Over...

I posted yesterday how nervous I am for my scheduled interview. I was really so tensed that I got "sick" early this morning. I was scheduled in the afternoon but I tried going to the Conference Room in the morning only to find out so many applicants waiting for their turn. i went back to the office and decided to come after lunch time...

I was the first to take the hot seat in the afternoon. Though I am so nervous I kept on asking God for wisdom in all my answers. I can relate to the questions but I just cannot control myself from answering so fast. ( I wonder how they understood it) Anyway, the good thing was that it's over.

This is one thing that I am struggling about. I rather write than talk. I am not really good in answering random questions especially if on a situation like this wherein you need to impress the panel to get their favorable recommendation.

Anyway, I can now breathe calmly and go on with my assignments while waiting for the result. oops, I almost forgot, I still need to take the Evaluation Test

Picture Perfect 13: This Is It!

L♥ve is in the air...

While it is true that wedding preparations can cause us some stress, I still make it sure not to spoil the moment as we have our Pre-nuptial pictorials. This was taken in some isolated areas of Cagayan de Oro. Mind you, this pictorials cost us nothing but time, energy, effort and a Jolli meal as well as taxi fare. We do not spend for the entrance, for the talent fee and other miscellaneous fees. Thanks to our concerned church pals, Arjay and Julie for volunteering though Julie was replaced by ever cute and playful Keena who was very patient in assisting us during the pictorials. We're not able to pose before the "Tugas" tree because somebody cut it . (It was the reason why we overcome the scorching heat of the sun and the hilly road). But anyway, we had a great time at the abandoned gate, dirty concrete pipes, rocks, fountain (with still, dirty water) and on the pavement and other odd locations.

We did it for more or less two hours only due to some appointments of Keena and Arjay.
By the way, isn't this a picture perfect?
