Treasure Your Captured Moments

The best thing that we can do to keep our memories alive for a certain event is by treasuring those captured moments that we have through pictures. Therefore, it is just right to keep our pictures safe and secured. We should keep it really organized according to the series of events with proper labels or captions as much as possible. The most common way of organizing this pics is by using albums. It is much better as well if you print it in photobooks sizes wherein those captured moments were really emphasized.

So what are you waiting for? Grab your camera, take some pictures of yourself and cherish the moment of doing so then create your own photobooks

WFW: Leviticus 19:31

I used to believe in the power of astrology and the astrologer. Their wisdom is somehow amazing. They are able to predict the future. As if they are in control. I was born under the sign of VIRGIN! As Virgo, it says that I am modest (yes), shy (not at all times!), meticulous (in few things) and intelligent (ows?). It also says that I am good in hiding emotions (yes, I am!), with sense of humor (depends upon the mood and atmosphere), and so many more. If we focus on the positive aspects of the sign, it has the tendency to inspire us. However, the daily horoscope it brings will really affects our daily living. Why? Obviously because, we get the tendency as well to believe everything that it says. it is okay if our horoscope is in favor of us. But how about if it is against us? So much more that it could really affects us. Next thing to happen is that we became anxious, afraid, and overwhelmed with what it says about us for the day.

Our future cannot be determined by us nor by others. We can only do something to shape it. But if we are trying to predict exactly what will gonna happen to us tomorrow, or the next days or next months- it is absolutely beyond our control. Some of their predictions may coincide in one way or another but we should not rely on them.

We should not forget that

God is in total control. Amen

Day by Day Grace

Reflecting on Grace: Humility and Faith

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich . . . Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God
(2 Corinthians 8:9)

Yes indeed, we have nothing to boast about. Though we may be in abundance of almost everything BUT it is God who provides our NEEDS. It is not from ourselves. The wisdom, strength and resources that we use in acquiring all the good things in life that we have right now comes from God alone. Therefore, it is God alone who deserves our honor and praise!

Happy grace-filled Wednesday everyone!

Just Wondering...

What if all of us are professionals? All of us earned a degree to brag about?
What if all of us are rich and maintain a high paying jobs? or control our own company?

Who else gonna build our houses? Who else gonna supply our food? Who will do the manual labor? Who will supply us with fish and vegetables? Who will tend the farm? Who will clean all our mess? Who will do the laundry?

We always complain of poor economy, underemployment, more drop-outs students...

We complain of so many things!

But try to consider all those things I have aforementioned?
What if all of us are given equal opportunity? Who will take the humility to serve one another? Who will initiate to do the manual task? the tedious labor?

Just wondering.

Suicidal Conviction?

Catch the news here
As I opened my yahoo mail this afternoon, what caught my attention was the  headline news about one of the prominent Filipino citizen.

The case has yet to be resolved but yet, late Former Defense Secretary Angelo Reyes convicted himself by taking suicide (as presumed) earlier today.

I heard about the  recent military scandal that he was allegedly involved with. The Higher Court has to deal with it yet but he finished it too soon by killing himself with a gun shot on his chest.

Whatever you may call it, the fact that he put justice on his own hands with his life at stake, I cannot find logical reasons of doing so. But what else can we do? He could not be interrogated anymore, he finally close his heart, mind and soul from the case.

Whether guilty of the crime or not, suicide is neither the end nor the means of dealing with the issue. It does not justify.

Now, can I call it SUICIDAL CONVICTION?
