Motivations Please...

January is almost over, my colleagues are all busy preparing for the IPCRF portfolio. While me? I can't even gather my thoughts for my class observation tomorrow. I don't know but I totally detest class observation wherein you are required to prepare this and that. So many things to prepare, so many expectations to meet. Well, I chose to be here so I need to comply by all means.

I just need more motivations!

Leveling Up

In my four years in public high school, I wonder if what will lie ahead of me. Well, I really can't tell, nobody does actually LOL.

I started the year right with important thoughts in my mind like losing weight and saving money...

Hope to be consistent with these plans in my life :)

Hopefully.

Flu Flu Go Away

It's a Friday, and I am suffering from FLU! I am not sure if this is the effect of rigid workout or "napapanahon lang talaga" (trending as of now). It was not only me who suffered actually in our workplace. Nevertheless, I have to go to the gym later, maybe I just need to sweat this out!

Hopefully!

6 Great Outfits and Accessories to Dress Your Toddler like Royalty

Who says that toddlers can't look like a million bucks? If you're tired of poly blends and department store shoes, consider some of these high-class ensembles instead.

1. Bermuda White Shorts

Every boy needs a pair of board shorts, and these white Bermudas will make him look like he just stepped off the pages of a preppy magazine. They'll be casual and comfortable while also providing a high-class appearance.

2. Metallic Gold Mary Janes

These metallic gold Mary Janes offer a twist on the old classics. In addition to their glittering color that will catch every light in the room, they also have scalloped edges for an even greater sense of style.

3. Cherry Tunic Baby Set

This "baby set" includes a beautiful red blouse with a pair of matching corduroy trousers. If you don't feel like coordinating your toddler's outfits every morning, think about buying one that has already been assembled for you!

4. Ballerina Floral Shirt Dress

This floral shirt dress offers a blend of casual appeal and luxury living. It's simple enough to be worn every day, but it's fancy enough that it doesn't look like something off the rack. Its oversized bow and cinched waist add detail, style and class.

5. Brooklyn Textured Blue Sneakers

There's a lot to love about these sneakers. They're fashionable, of course, but they're also quite convenient for moms and dads who don't want to deal with laces. They feature top tabs with a "hock and loop" mechanism instead.

6. Ivory Pima Cotton Coverall

Your baby boy will look adorable in this ivory playsuit. It's durable enough to withstand all of his daily activities, but it's also light and breathable to ensure that he doesn't get too hot as he runs around. As a bonus, he'll look great in pictures! These are just a few must-haves in luxury toddler clothes. Whether you're raising a little prince or a darling princess, you'll want their clothes to reflect how much that you cherish them. Use these outfits and accessories to make it known.

Road to Wellness: Week 2

Yay, it's already 2019 and I just want to start the year right by doing the things that I want to do- losing weight! I'm on my second week and wow it truly feels great! I can see a little difference now with my body. I don't easily get exhausted that much, unlike before that a walk up to the second floor of our school building is truly exhausting.
See the difference?

Oh Lord, please sustain me on this endeavor!

Aja to good health and wellness

Road to Wellness: WEEK 1:

WEEK 1

Starting weight: 69.78KG

The sessions were not that easy. I focused on cardio exercises and sweat is really sweet! I am exhausted yet I feel relieved. I did some weights (2 pounds) for my arm exercise and 5 pounds for my legs. I could only hope that I could really persevere.

It's Now or Never

As my age increases, so does my weight and I just can't really help it. Earlier this year, I made some effort to lose weight by joining/initiating Zumba with my students but due to pile of works, I wasn't able to pursue it that far thus my weight was back to it's horrible number- 69KG!

Being overweight is not a funny thing. Aside from the fact that it will affect your self-confidence to the lowest level, it also affects our health. Sad but true. Going upstairs becomes a burden to me. I easily feel exhausted and I keep on catching my breath! It's been awhile that I was planning to hit the gym once in a while but just keep on procrastinating it (the spirit is willing, but the body is weak). But seriously, my asthma began to torture me for almost 4 months already and it was totally alarming! Based on some manuscripts I've read, working out will help asthma problems, thus I was really compelled to decide for good. And so this afternoon, right after work, and together with some of my colleagues, we registered ourselves to the gym. Yes, this is it. I should do it now, otherwise, I will be suffering the consequences of OBESITY!

When the Devil Strikes

One of the lessons that I learned from our Sunday preaching was that if God has plans for us, SO DOES THE DEVIL. If God's plan is to prosper us and to keep us from harm, well, obviously, the devil thought otherwise. This is one of the blatant truths that we, people, are ought to know. When devil STRIKES, it destroyed everything, including our relationship with our loved ones.

With this kind of situation, all the more we should cling to God. All the more we should obey His words. Apart from God, we are all nothing.

Hello December!

Few more days and another year will unfold. In one way or another, I am grateful to God for sustaining me. I've been through a lot this year, mostly affecting health issues of my kiddos. Still, I'm glad for the strength that He gave me. God, is indeed, simply amazing.
I am hopeful for a better 2019! I am praying for His great miracle to manifest in my life, in my family. I'm praying for financial breakthrough, for greater opportunities other than my job. I also pray for good health for my entire family, including those relatives and friends. I pray for a productive year, not just for me but for my husband as well. May God grant all my prayers. I believe that God has something good in store for me. And with that, I would say, AMEN.

Preparing for the Future

Time flew so fast, indeed. It's already November and before we knew it, the year 2018 has ended. I'm not sure if I've accomplished much for this year. But one thing for sure, I've grown older each day with so much issues on my health. Yes, this year is quite toxic for me. Two of my children were admitted to the hospital. I was about to for myself yet I hold back. That is why, I have decided to get an insurance, a life insurance. I'm not thinking for the worst thing to come, I'm just preparing myself. I saw the need, that's why I took the courage even if I've almost got nothing left from my salary. Well, that's life. You need to take drastic yet relevant decisions. I love my children so much, that's the very main reason after all.

Parenting 101: Dealing with Toddlers

Raising kids aren't a simple task. You need an extended patience seasoned with love in rearing them. Of course, you need to be a kid in heart in order to blend with them. You also need to show to them that you're in control, otherwise, they will do it for you- you might realize someday that they are the ones controlling you!

Rule of thumb: Never spoil them. Play with them but be in-charge.

Believe me coz I got three!
